This Talented TikToker Is Transforming Herself Just Using Makeup

I've completely lost count of how many times I've fallen down the hole of hours spent on TikTok, and I know I'm not alone. Whether it's the latest dance trend, hilarious renditions of some of my favorite movie scenes, or makeup transformations, you can count on the creative platform to dish out all of the bingeable content. 

But one creator in particular, Katie Cole, who goes by "Fancy Flutie" on the app, has a page that's become my latest obsession. The talented costume makeup artist creates real-life masterpieces on her face and with Halloween around the corner, I haven't been able to turn away. From Cruella de Vil to Jessica Rabbit, the artist will inevitably leave you in shock and awe.
