Hey, sisters, the beauty community is in shambles after this weekend.
For those of you who somehow missed the most talked about beauty YouTuber scandal since Jeffree Star's epic breakup with Nikkie Tutorials, here's the rundown. After indirectly accusing Charles of betraying her by promoting a supplement brand in direct competition with hers, Westbrook made a 43-minute video exposing Charles for all the ways he's been a poor friend to her.
In the video, she brings up some scenarios in which Charles used vulgar/sexual language and made altogether inappropriate passes toward straight men. Shortly after the video went live, fellow YouTuber Star revealed that his boyfriend was one of those men.
Jeffree Star tweeted and quickly deleted a couple statements about all this James Charles drama.
Shortly after Westbrook's scathing video hit the internet, it went viral — like, mainstream media viral. People who don't even know who these YouTubers are got wrapped up in the drama because people were tweeting about it that much.
In a now-deleted response to Charles' brother Ian, Star called the YouTuber "a predator."

Ian Charles' tweet ironically read, "Why does everyone act so tough over the internet?" To which Star quote tweeted, "Why is your brother a predator?? Why'd you really move back to NYC? Exactly. Shut the f*** up."
Way harsh, Tai.
He followed up the reply with another now-deleted post, alluding to a time Charles made a pass at Star's long-term boyfriend and partner Nathan Schwandt.

"There is a reason that Nathan banned James Charles from ever coming over to our home again," he began. "There's a reason why I haven't seen him since @GlamLifeGuru's birthday in February. He is a danger to society. Everything Tati said is 100% true."
As pointed out by YouTuber Sebastian Williams, the inappropriate waiter moment that Westbrook described in her tell-all video must've occurred at her February birthday dinner — at which her parents would have been present.
Westbrook described an incident in which Charles made extremely sexually detailed and vulgar comments about the waiter whom he found attractive — Westbrook said her parents were present at the table when it happened and that it made her feel embarrassed to the max.
Charles allegedly said that his words didn't have impact because he's famous.
And based on Star's quickly deleted tweets referring to his own boyfriend, we can only assume that Charles acted in a similar way toward Schwandt.
Look, we all know that Schwandt is an attractive human. Charles and a few other YouTubers have admitted to finding him hot (or acted a certain way around him) in Star's videos and other social media posts.
And though there'll likely never be confirmation of what exactly went down, it ultimately sounds like Star is accusing Charles of making non-consensual sexual passes at his own boyfriend. And if that's true, can you really blame them for banning him from their home?
Remember when Star tweeted about having a whole draft folder full of dirt on other influencers?
We are going to go ahead and say that it's safe to assume — as most people did — that this was mostly in allusion to Charles. The breakup has been confirmed, folks. And unlike Star's relationship with Nikkie Tutorials, this one does not seem repairable in the slightest way.
The real question now is how many — and which — influencers will publicly remain friends with Charles following this upheaval of drama.
Charles' group of influencer partners is growing more narrow by the day. Nikita Dragun, Jenna Marbles, and Jaclyn Hill have all collaborated or been seen with him in recent months; what will they have to say about his actions?
