There were few beauty products in 2017 that gave the internet as big a rush as Lancome La Rose Blush Poudrer, a luxurious, soft-pink highlighter in the shape of a delicate rose.
People had never used anything quite like it, which is why the limited-edition highlighter sold out so quickly. It's been almost a full calendar year since anyone heard from Lancome about the potential of its highly anticipated return.
This week, that news finally arrived.
Oh, yeah, you remember La Rose Poudrer from last year, don't deny it.
The $60 product was the review subject of countless beauty YouTube videos.
But it was limited-edition, and therefore it was discontinued the very moment it sold out.
The demand for it, however, hasn't decreased one bit. You'll find it all over eBay and Poshmark for sale at inflated prices.
Word on the internet has it that you can close that resale tab now, because the rose highlighter is coming back in 2018!
But this time, IT'S GOLD.
I repeat: GOLD.
This sneak peek comes at the hand of Charlotte Wood, a London-based makeup artist and educator who gets first dibs on upcoming Lancome products.
According to her, this Lancome creation is arriving this holiday season.
It'll be limited-edition once again, and it'll be available exclusively at Debenhams, a U.K.–based retailer.
Whether that means shoppers in the U.S. will have access to it, we're not entirely sure.
Debenhams' website does allow you to shop in most international currencies, so that's a good sign.

One thing's for sure, though: We want to put this highlighter everywhere right now.
