If you thought you couldn't get any more excited about Emma Watson playing Belle, I have amazing news for you: L'Oreal is officially releasing a "Beauty and the Beast" makeup collection that will make you fall in love, then shatter your heart into a million pieces.
I know; it truly is a tale as old as time.
L'Oreal rolled out a limited edition "Bella e la Bestia" bundle — and right from the start, it's STUNNING.
The box set (€89, Amazon Italia), which contains seven lipsticks and seven nail polishes, all inspired by the iconic characters, even opens out into a dollhouse-type display.
*swoons*
Let's take a closer look at the beautiful products on offer here, shall we?
Get ready — these are SO good.
We begin with Belle's lip and nail set — a sweet and feminine red, embossed with her golden silhouette.
The Beast's rich brown lipstick and royal blue polish is marked with a savage scar.
The enchanted rose is represented by blood-red lipstick and crystal-clear polish.
And yes, that's blue glitter packaging. Because of course.
Mrs. Potts is, of course, a chic shade of pink — but it's the white pearl packaging with the teapot silhouette that makes this iconic.
Lumiere's refined dusty rose / baby pink combo is as proper as he is — the baroque Lip Kit packaging elevates it even further.
Dig Cogsworth's wood-and-clockwork packaging!
And yes, Fifi the feather duster — whose name is Spolverina in Italian, btw — gets her own super-sexy dark red.
I mean, just look at these swatches!
All the lipsticks are, based on what I've gathered from Italian blogs, part of the L'Oreal Color Riche line — and you can really see how bold and creamy they are.
But here's the terrible news: This collection is ONLY available in Europe.
I KNOW, this is heartbreaking. L'Oreal's Collezione "Bella e La Bestia" is only available via Amazon Italy, and right on the product listing it says that the vendor "will not send this product to the USA."
So I hope you all have some amazing friends in Italy, or you're planning a trip there soon — that's the only way you'll be able to get these stunning products.
