There's a cliché that says that variety is the spice of life. This may be generally true, but it is probably even more true when it comes to having a spicy sex life! Although most moms probably have plenty of experience having sex in the usual places, like the bedroom or even the shower, some moms have some pretty epic stories to tell about the weirdest, wildest, and just plain worst places they have ever done it.

Here Comes the Bride
“We did it in the bathroom of the church where we got married! We’d decided not to have sex for the six months we were engaged and we were horny and loved up that after the ceremony. We snuck into the bathroom and had a quickie. I didn’t even take my wedding dress off.”
Las Vegas
“The worst? Oh, that’s easy. When we were young and broke we did a road trip and ended up staying in this absolute dump of a motel just outside Las Vegas. We had sex and the next day I was just completely covered in flea bites. So gross.”
Getting Handsy
“I gave my husband a hand job at a movie theater. The movie was Paddington 2, which is a great movie but not exactly sexy, which made it both kind of funny and unexpected. Please don’t judge — there were no kids nearby who could have seen it.”

“I love, love, love having sex outside, so there is a good list of public places I could name. Maybe wildest was on the back of a Jeep when we were in Kenya for our honeymoon, doing the whole safari thing. Who knows? Maybe some lions were watching us!”

“We had sex in my parent’s room during the visitation following my Dad’s funeral. It was one of those weird grief moments. I was so sad and I just wanted to feel connected to my husband. Sex on the floor of my parent’s room made sense at the moment and seems weird now.”
Just Disrespectful
“When I was young and emo, I had sex in a cemetery, on the gravesite of some random person. It felt very gothic and dark at the time and now I just feel like I was a disrespectful a–hole to whoever was buried there. I wouldn’t do that again, obviously.”
Honeymoon Memory
“Honeymoon sex — we went to Ireland and ended up having sex on this green, wild cliff, totally exposed to the elements. Not a tree or anything to give us cover. We were so lucky nobody drove up to see the view. It would have been quite a view.”

“Wildest place was probably at a sex party, very Eyes Wide Shut with masks and stuff. We’ve only gone once, it was too much for us, but that experience was a memorable one, for sure. We were in a room with at least 15 other people and it was raunchy.”

“I lost my virginity in the back seat of a Volvo station wagon, in the parking lot of my high school at like 1 a.m. I think that counts as my worst location. It was uncomfortable and way too public for my first time. At least it was over quickly, I guess.”

“Conference room table! My husband and I met at work and after weeks and weeks of flirtation, we finally hooked up one night when we were both staying late to work on a project. We did it on the conference room table and I still sometimes wonder if we ended up on a security camera somewhere.”
Family Restroom
“Family restroom at Target. Kind of trashy, kind of hot, kind of weird. We’d gone to buy a pregnancy test and went into the family restroom to test. While we were waiting for the result, we had a quickie, without a condom, and that’s how I knew I really wanted the test to be positive. And it was!”

“Wildest place was in a hotel elevator. We were young, drunk, and stupid in love. It was fun but not something I’d do again, knowing what we know now about security cameras and the internet! I don’t want to be on some random porn website. Also, we have kids now so we're lucky we get to have sex at all these days."

“We rented a big princessy themed bounce house for my 4-year-old twins' birthday party. After the party and when the kids were in bed, we snuck in and got in a good bouncing of our own. It was more silly and funny than sexy but it’s a good memory.”
High School Loving
“My husband and I both work at a high school — I teach math, and he is a football coach. We’ve had sex in the boys' locker room, in my office, in the equipment room, and in the library. Public places are kind of our thing, the weirder the better.”
