In the beauty community, pretty much all drama circles back to Jeffree Star. Today is no exception.
This weekend, in the midst of a public beef between Star and fellow beauty boy Thomas Halbert, the latter claimed in an apology note that Star privately revealed to him a compilation video of other YouTubers using racial slurs that Star apparently uses as blackmail.
One of those YouTubers, according to Halbert, is NikkieTutorials. She got wind of this claim last night and immediately stood her ground.
To summarize: This weekend, Thomas Halbert claimed he went to Jeffree Star's house, where he claims Star used racist rhetoric in front of him.
In an apology note, which he's since deleted from Twitter, Halbert also claimed Star has been keeping a secret compilation video of YouTubers saying offensive things to blackmail them into keeping quiet.

Halbert also shared deleted private messages between him and Manny Gutierrez from around the time Halbert visited Star's house and allegedly learned of this blackmail tape.

In these now-deleted texts, Halbert tells Gutierrez that Star's blackmail tape features Nikkie De Jager (NikkieTutorials) using a racial slur for Middle Eastern people.

He also claims the tape features Laura Lee calling De Jager "a fat whale."
De Jager saw these claims floating around and immediately took to Twitter to squash them.
"I let a lot of shit pass by because I don’t want to keep defending myself over lies," she wrote. "This one however has gone too far... Creating the idea that I'm a racist or use terms I actually never have heard of... To be COMPLETELY open, I don’t even know what it means."

"Call me ugly, an ugly giant, a fat whale... Call me whatever the hell you’re in the mood for but, NOT A RACIST."

And that was the end of that from De Jager.
Star also saw this claim from Halbert's DMs and came to De Jager's defense on Snapchat.
"She never said one racist comment in the history of our friendship, and that needs to be said on the record."
That's rather big for him, considering how much drama has occurred between the ex-friends.
But according to him, they're "cool," despite old drama.
It's safe to take all of this with a grain of salt — remember back when Star told Snapchat he had "dirt" on De Jager and pretty much everyone else? Yeah.
He quickly deleted the snap, but not before YouTube got a hold of it — you can see it for yourself around the 13-minute mark of this video.
That being said, the existence of a Jeffree Star blackmail tape is still possible.
But whether or not it will ever see the light of day is still TBD.
