If you’re a “Riverdale” super-stan like me, then you know that each character’s look coincides with their personality. For former city girl Veronica, that means prim and proper styles in dark colors, while for born and bred Riverdale good girl Betty, it often means cardigans in soft pastels. However, the girls who play those characters have amazing style offscreen, too, and aren't afraid of branching out and trying fashion risks.
Here are 28 photos of the cast’s best off-duty style:
Mendes paired her floral dress with sneakers and a metallic purse.
Veronica wouldn't be caught dead in converse. Camila, on the other hand…
Never forget the time when she matched with her matcha.
The Yankees? Now that's much more Veronica Lodge.
I mean, her sweatshirt spoke for itself.
Same, girl. SAME.
While hanging out at Coachella, Reinhart wore a cute bow in her hair.
She's an actual modern-day Grace Kelly!
While Betty is more known for her jeans and cardigans, Lili Reinhart often wears colorful trousers and jumpsuits.
But seriously, where can I buy this, tho?
Reinhart went more NYC than Riverdale in this sleek look.
That moment when B's kind of dressing like V…
She likes to wear white pants.
I'd spill coffee on those so quickly.
While chilling in Mexico City, Reinhart wore this wrap dress with orange piping.
Those shoes, oh my GOD.
She wore a floral romper for a St. Ives event.
Again, she could actually be Grace Kelly.
Around Christmas time, Reinhart wore this fluffy white coat.
BRB, now I have to god find my old velvet hoodies from middle school.
Ashleigh Murray was an off-duty Josie in this cheetah print skirt.
She's by far the most in sync with her character, style-wise.
Murray has worn knee-high boots that I think Josie would love.
Now that is a power move.
Like Reinhart, Murray has vacay style DOWN.
This outfit just makes me crave a poolside margarita.
Off-duty cat ears on top of a hat is a look that Josie would love.
It's like they're almost the same person.
Probably the MOST different stylistically from her "Riverdale" character, Madelaine Petsch favors more street style than Cheryl, an heiress.
Cop those Balenciaga sneakers!
Although Cheryl usually lounges in a nightgown, Petsch prefers a T-shirt.
And a high bun over long, flowing waves.
Petsch's laidback look includes sneakers and matching track pants.
Could you even imagine Cheryl Blossom showing up to Riverdale High in this getup?
Petsch prefers hoodies while Cheryl wears peacoats.
No, Blossom wouldn't show her face in this ever.
It's good to know Petsch appreciates a good sock boot!
Hey, Petsch, mind telling us where you got those?
If Cheryl lived in Calabasas, she would wear this.
Again with the shoes! Petsch wins the cast award for biggest hype beast.
Petsch has mastered the going out look, too.
Kim Kardashian who?
Maybe they could incorporate these pink velvet pants into Cheryl's wardrobe?
Cheryl has had a phew changes of heart, so maybe it's time for a change of wardrobe, too?
Vanessa Morgan, who plays Toni Topaz, channeled "Clueless" in this Instagram picture.
I hope Toni wears braids on the show!
During her time in Italy, Morgan wore a floral dress.
It's hard to digest, given Toni's strict diet of leather and distressed jeans.
Morgan paired her earth tone boots with a nude long-sleeved dress.
I like to think this is what Toni will start wearing now that her and Cheryl are official boos.
This nude dress had a very cool front tie detail.
Morgan might be the Khloe to Petsch's Kim.
I could definitely see Toni wearing this look!
Whether they're wearing sock boots or floral dresses and sneakers, the "Riverdale" cast isn't afraid to stand out.
