Name the last time a show had the mass following that Game Of Thrones does… I'll wait. People of all different backgrounds — regardless of age, culture, race, whatever — can agree on this one thing: Game Of Thrones is the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time, if you didn't know) of television dramas. And though viewers are preparing to kiss their favorite show and characters goodbye, the show is bidding farewell with a very unexpected collaboration: a high-end makeup line.
And what better brand to team up with than yet another fan favorite, Urban Decay? We don't even know what the product looks like yet, and people are already losing it.
It's rare that a brand like Urban Decay creates a collection inspired by a television show.
So that goes to show just how big of a deal Game Of Thrones is. This just-announced collection will arrive just in time for the highly-anticipated (and final) eighth season. The brand is teaming up with the most addictive television show in the world to hopefully create a makeup collection equally as popular.
The official Urban Decay #ForTheThrone collection will be available in April.
Though the collection hasn't been revealed, we're speculating that a major palette of the colliding worlds will be the star of the highly anticipated line. We also suspect some shimmer-filled liners and lippies like the ones in previous UD collections. And would it really be a GOT collection without fiery colors such as warm hues of orange, red, and brown?
The fan reaction, of course, has been insane.
Some fans aren't even really that into makeup, but are THAT into Game Of Thrones. Looks like Urban Decay might have found themselves a new customer. "I know I will barely use it but I want that Urban Decay Game of Thrones makeup."
And while, yes, the makeup itself will be amazing, Game Of Thrones is the real star here.
Not that GOT needs any more cool points, but it seems as though it just earned some more. "Game of thrones really is THAT bitch for getting a collaboration with urban decay," this Twitter user reveled.
I guess you can say that people really don't even care about what the collection might look like.
As long as GOT is at the forefront, fans could care less. Looks like Khaleesi is just as powerful both on and off the screen. "AN URBAN DECAY AND GAME OF THRONES COLLAB??? SIGN ME THE F**K UP," this fan raved on Twitter.
Note to self: The best marketing strategy ever is to incorporate Game Of Thrones.
Could this be the most successful UD collection ever? We think it just may be. "Urban decay KNEW the thing to do is to drop a games of thrones collection wow I'm hyped," another Twitter fan wrote.

"Me when I find out that Urban Decay is coming out with a Game of Thrones collection." This person is ready to risk it ALL for GOT makeup, and frankly, so are we.
Some think it's a gimmick.
But they still don't care. "All these brands bringing out collabs for the last season, like Adidas and now Urban Decay. If they think I'm going to be taken in by these gimmicks… then they're 100% right. Shut up and take my money!!"
I think it's safe to say that Urban Decay has the people shook.
