What Happened? In 2003, then 14-year-old Daisy Lowe, daughter of British personality Pearl Lowe, requested a DNA test from her then-godfather Gavin Rossdale. The test revealed that Pearl's best buddy rocker was actually Daisy's dad. Rossdale vowed never to speak to Pearl again.
Slowly but surely, he and Daisy, now a 25-year-old model living in London, have worked on building a relationship.
Michael Lohan

What Happened? The soap opera that is the Lohan family has been dramatic for years. At any given point, patriarch Michael either is or isn't speaking to his troubled children with first wife Dina Lohan. So it's pretty much safe to assume the Lohans don't have Thanksgiving dinner together without a security team in place.

What Happened? In one of the messiest divorce cases in recent history, "The View" co-host Sherri Shephard filed for divorce from husband Lamar Sally, leaving him custody of their unborn child (now 8 months old born via surrogate).
Shephard claimed she wasn't actually the legal mother of the child, but a judge ruled otherwise and required Shephard to sign the child's birth certificate.
