This Year Is Full of Surprises!
Taurus
April 20 – May 20
This year is all about insight for stubborn Taurus. Known for taking care of everyone else so they can avoid caring for themselves, this bull sign is destined for self-reflection come late April, when the sun enters their house, shining light on their darkest secrets. While initially painful, Taurus will survive and find they're happier and healthier for the experience. In July, Taurus' ruling planet, Venus, enters the house of Virgo, making them feel open and giving to others once more, with clearer boundaries in place.
Gemini
May 21 – June 20
Gemini is known to stick their foot in their mouth, thanks to their rapid-fire communication style. While that approach might get them in hot water in 2018, it will also facilitate some much-needed honesty in their relationships. Thanks to their ruling planet, Mercury, being in retrograde around springtime, the twin sign will have a chance to slow down and evaluate who's Team Gemini and who's ready to be cut loose, making space for more meaningful connections in the year ahead.
Cancer
June 21 – July 22
This year is Cancer's year to shine. The sun and the moon unite in the summer to bring this crab sign inspiration, intuition and a clear focus for the future. There's also an opportunity for an exciting new business venture in mid-July that promises long-term financial stability. While Cancer will feel as if nothing can stop them, in early November they'll need to ask themselves the hard questions and make sure they're not accepting less than they deserve.
Leo

Leo is the lion of the zodiac, but they're also prone to emotional reactions that can damage their relationships and career opportunities. In February, Leo will feel imbalanced—wanting attention and recognition while also wanting everyone to leave them alone (which makes perfect sense to Leo but confuses the heck out of everyone else). This upset might lead to a career change or a relationship's demise. Never fear, by summer Leo hits their stride and will be on track to rule the jungle once more.
Virgo
Aug. 23 – Sept. 22
Methodical and analytical Virgo is about to have an astrological revolution in 2018, when a new moon in early fall brings a wave of feminine energy and intuition to their life, causing this headstrong sign to rethink many of their decisions over the last year. The result? By winter, Virgo might have a brand new plan of action based on their desires (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). This maiden sign also needs to be wary of overstepping their bounds in August, as they're apt to burn important bridges.
Libra
Sept. 23 – Oct. 22
Libra just wants to love. The struggle is that they're notoriously hard on themselves (like, brutally hard), causing them to struggle at maintaining healthy relationships. That finally changes in September when the sun enters Libra's house, bringing warmth, positivity and a fresh perspective to their romantic and personal connections. Prior to that, Libra will embark on a new chapter in June, finally living their best life, which draws new, way cooler people into their circle.
