The Real Housewives franchise has lost a beloved member of its team. Executive assistant Lauren Miller died on June 9, 2025, just moments after giving birth to her second child. Miller, the mother of 3-year-old Emma and newborn Jackson, worked for Shed Media before her sudden and tragic death. Her loved ones are raising money for her husband, Kevin Miller, now tasked with raising two small children and managing unfathomable grief.
Shed Media shared the news of Lauren Miller’s death in a heart-wrenching Instagram post alongside a gallery of family photos.
“It is with devastated hearts that we share that our beloved colleague, Lauren, died unexpectedly just moments after giving birth to her baby boy. Lauren leaves behind her husband, Kevin, 3-year-old daughter, Emma, and newborn son, Jackson,” the statement reads. “Please consider donating to help Kevin take on this unexpected role as sole provider of the family. Of all the things Lauren loved most, being a mother was at the top and ensuring that her children are being taken care of would mean everything to her.”
Kevin Miller commented on the post with gratitude and a request for prayers. “Lauren is the love of my life and I was blessed by God that she chose to spend her life with me and give me two beautiful children to remember her every minute of everyday,” he wrote. “Please pray for our family and thank you all for the prayers, kind words and thoughts. God bless.”
“Prayers for her family & friends. This is absolutely heartbreaking,” one comment reads. Another person wrote, “Im not religious but this has to have a higher purpose.”
Sherri Pender created a GoFundMe account for Kevin Miller and his children, which has raised more than $164,000 thus far. Pender wrote a loving dedication to her friend, whom she described as kind and thoughtful.
“She was sincere, intentional and compassionate, but among her greatest qualities was the love she had for her family. It was no secret how close she was to her entire family or how excited she was when she got to start her own,” Pender recalled on the page. “From getting engaged to Kevin and then getting married to becoming a mother with Emma and next with Jackson, Lauren beamed whenever she talked about all that she had with her beautiful family.”
Pender updated the GoFundMe, announcing Jackson’s arrival home with his dad and big sister.
“He has been an angel and has eaten and slept like a champ,” Kevin Miller shared.
Pender thanked donors for their generosity, both financially and spiritually. “As we cope with our own grief, it has been so incredibly touching to see how this fundraiser has spread,” she shared on the page. “We blew past our first target and are quickly approaching the second. A heartfelt thanks to everyone for donating and for spreading the word to your wider networks.”
The family has not released Lauren Miller’s cause of death.
