Police responded to a grocery store for reports of a man following children while fondling himself, and then they uncovered a trove of disturbing behavior by his wife, Texas officials say.
William Mitchell Keen is accused of “following young children at a close proximity and masturbating” at an H-E-B location in Spring on March 13, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable explained in a March 27 news release.
Deputies arrested Keen on a charge of indecent exposure, followed by another charge of indecency with a child by exposure, according to the constable’s office.
During their investigation, detectives found numerous photos and videos on Keen’s phone, including sexually explicit content of children. But there were also videos of his wife, Joely Keen, “engaging in sex with a Great Dane dog the couple owned together,” officials said.
Deputies obtained warrants and searched the couple’s home in the Harmony subdivision on March 27, which led to another charge against the husband of possession of child pornography, authorities said. His wife was arrested on a charge of bestiality, the constable’s office said.
Several dogs were removed from their home.
Three dogs at the home, including the Great Dane, were rescued “from further sexual exploitation,” officials said.
“Constable Ryan Gable would like to thank the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office and the Montgomery County Animal Services for their assistance in the rescue of the animals,” the release read.
Spring is a roughly 25-mile drive north of downtown Houston.
