Child Protective Services caseworkers work closely with police to ensure children’s safety. They often see disturbing situations that truly break their hearts. Yet with the help of law enforcement, they can usually make a difference in people’s lives for the better. Police in Oklahoma City are following up on a CPS tip regarding a potential sexual assault involving a 14-year-old girl. It appears her mother might have used her as a surrogate for her siblings. Now, the police want to find out what really happened in this home.
According to court documents obtained by KFOR, CPS contacted the Oklahoma City Police in December 2025. Officers responded to an apartment complex near North Penn and Northwest 122nd. The agency informed police that a 14-year-old was pregnant with twins and that the babies’ father might be her mother’s 36-year-old boyfriend.
When police spoke to the unnamed mother, she allegedly said her daughter “desperately wanted additional siblings” and “she wanted children with her current boyfriend,” KFOR reported. But the mother had her tubes tied and could not carry a baby herself. The unidentified woman denied using her boyfriend to impregnate her daughter, but police wanted to be sure. They obtained a search warrant to collect DNA from the unnamed man, but it’s not clear if they ever collected the sample.
The teenager, now 15, is due in March 2026. CPS took the teen and a sibling into protective custody following the probe. Prosecutors have yet to file charges against the mother and her boyfriend. Per KFOR, the mom reportedly took off for California, and no one’s quite sure of the boyfriend’s location.
Obviously, everyone is innocent until proven guilty in the United States, but something about this seems off. The mom’s statements to police seem very strange, and the fact that she’s no longer in the state doesn’t sit well either. We cannot imagine using your own child in this way. Hopefully, it’s not true, but if it is, both of these sick adults need to be locked up for a very long time.
