We have all undoubtedly had those days where we think, "What the heck is happening?" or "Why am I here?" or "What is the point of this?" Life can get tough sometimes, but whether we are born isn't really up to us. TikToker Kass Theaz, aka @isatandstared, went viral in the summer of 2022 when she shared with the world that she sued her parents for having her without her consent.
People online went wild, and a series of videos about her lawsuit went viral. Theaz claimed that a court awarded her $5,000 a month from her parents to help alleviate the pain and suffering of being alive. She seemed pleased with the court's decision, but the internet was not and went after her hard.
When Theaz posted a video last week about buying clothes for her own children, TikTokers went nuts. How could someone who sued their parents about bringing them into the world without consent — and won — possibly have children of her own?

Theaz didn't birth her children. She had them the 'ethical' way, as she calls it.
In a recent video, Theaz explains that the parents she sued contributed to conceiving her and her mother raised her, which she was not OK with. Theaz says she is a lesbian, so she went about having children the ethical way.
"I did not consent to be here. I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself, and I didn't consent to that," she explains in the clip. "They didn't try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here."
She says adoption is different because it's not her fault the children were born. She is just trying to give them a good life.
She has some advice for pregnant women.
Because Theaz wants to be a good person and help those babies who don't want to be born, she suggests pregnant women hire a psychic medium to ask their children if they consent to their birth. She warns expecting mothers that if the baby does not consent, they will have to terminate their pregnancy because the baby will undoubtedly sue.
"I'm making that my life mission to teach children to sue their parents so they don't have to work," she shares.
Somehow, some way, TikTokers needed help understanding what Theaz was trying to say.
No, she wasn't teaching a lesson about consent or even giving sage legal advice. Theaz was kidding in this video, just like dozens of other videos she's done.
The hilarious mom wants the world to understand how ridiculously out of control some people's thoughts have gotten. She very clearly states in the description that her TikTok account is "satire," yet the comment section went in for the attack.
One person wanted to give a lesson, writing, "Fun science fact: children don't exist until the sperm meets the egg and they make the child so you can't get consent. Funny thing biology is."
Others suggested Theaz seek the help of a professional.
"You need to go get a special jacket with sleeves that tie at the back!!" someone wrote.
"seek mental help seriously you are freaking insane or extremely lazy probably both," one TikToker agreed.
One woman asked for help blocking Theaz. "how can i turn this user off so that she will not come again in my FYP because of algorithm? i would never want to hear from her again. please help "
Thankfully, plenty of people understood this was all just a joke.
"I'm gonna sue, cause I broke my ankle running to the comments," one person joked.
"How do you do this with a straight face? You're hysterical!!" someone else asked.
"The fact that your account says Satire Account and everybody's asking if your joking or not ," someone else wrote.
"omg. I am dead. This soo funny. Thank you," another person chimed in.

In addition to her thoughts on birth consent, she also shares her ideas about the media pushing a heterosexual agenda on young children. The TikToker also claims that she was in a TV show but wore so much makeup that, thankfully, no one recognized her on the street and she could be normal. Oh, and she is related to both Joe Biden and Judd Nelson, or so she says.
If you are buying any of that, she's ready to sell you some oceanfront property in Arizona for a steal.
