Principals Did Nothing To Help Teen With Bullies – So She Did Something Savage at HS Graduation

There are few bonds as strong as the one between sisters. Sure, they might spend their whole lives fighting like cats and dogs, but the minute someone crosses them, their sister will stand up as the biggest supporter. TikToker Sarah Delaney, who posts as (@sarahdhammond), will always be in her sister Laura’s corner. According to Sarah, Laura faced bullying throughout the most recent school year and the administration did not step in to help her. When it was her turn to receive her diploma, Laura was a total savage.

Sarah shared a video of Laura’s high school graduation, which has amassed nearly 47 million views because of the teen’s impressive walk across the stage. “POV: Your baby sister was bullied all year, and her principals did nothing to help, so she refused to shake their hands at her graduation,” the text on the video reads.

Viral doesn’t begin to describe the video’s success. Big brands jumped into the comment section to congratulate Laura on her bold move.

“Iconic,” Bloom Nutrition wrote.

“She’s serving!” Essence Cosmetics shared.

With nearly 28,000 comments, people had a lot to say about Laura and her confidence.

“I notice she shook the women’s hands but not the men..goes to show you which teachers she felt cared for her and it’s not surprising at all it was only the women. You go girl! And congratulations,” one person wrote.

“I hope she carries her boundaries with her into adult hood this is a great attribute!! I’m so sorry she was bullied, She’s such a great example of grace in difficult times,” someone else shared.

Others wanted the administration to understand why Laura did what she did.

“Just because you are an adult doesn’t mean you automatically get respect. Teaching kids that is wrong,” one TikToker wrote. “People who deserve respect get it. Good for your sister.”

Another person put it very bluntly but honestly, writing, “The biggest lie told in school is that bullying will not be tolerated.”
