3-Year-Old Twins Use Teamwork To Steal Snacks & It’s Hysterical

Two toddlers who wanted candy were clearly very committed to getting it. Three-year-old twins Nora and Brennan knew that there were M&Ms on the counter, but they couldn’t reach them. Instead of asking their mom if they could have some candy, they got extremely creative and took some risks.

Their mom, Maegen, managed to catch them in the act and record their sneaky strategy. The clip went viral, and people on social media can’t get over the amount of effort these “partners in crime” put into stealing candy. Their teamwork was actually pretty incredible.

One of the toddlers acted as a step stool.

If the family had a step stool at home, the kiddos didn’t use it. Instead, Nora got on the ground in front of the counter. Then, Brennan stood on her back before stepping on her head so that he could reach the M&Ms that had been tucked away. Though it didn’t look the slightest bit comfortable, it was apparently worth it for the M&Ms. Brennan seemed excited that he successfully grabbed the bag of candy.

Their mom told Newsweek that her kids were “very proud” of this achievement, and they “brought the bag to” her. “I allowed them each to have one, and afterwards they went back to playing,” she said.

While it seems like a lot of trouble to go through for one M&M, Maegen said her toddlers were “excited and proud of their new trick.” She captioned her video of their unconventional approach with, “That’s one way to use your head!”

In the comments, people commented on how the kids looked like experts.

Those who watched the clip on Instagram couldn’t help but wonder if the kids had done this before. Sure, the whole thing looked pretty risky, but it also looked like they knew what they were doing on some level. “This clearly isn’t their first rodeo and I’m here for it 😂” one person commented on the video.

Others said they wouldn’t even be mad if their toddlers pulled this kind of stunt. They did, after all, put in a lot of effort. “Honestly…I wouldn’t even be mad. 😂 They worked together and figured it out…you deserve the m&ms,” someone concluded.

Obviously, many simply found it hilarious — but they didn’t even realize what was happening at first. “Took me a minute to realize that wasn’t a stool 😂” another person commented on the clip.
