A woman ejected from a vehicle as it plunged 1,000 feet off a cliff died, Arizona sheriff’s officials reported. Deputies responded to reports of a crash in the Thumb Butte area at about 5 p.m. Friday, August 16, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

They found a vehicle crashed 1,000 feet down the steep mountainside along with the body of Kristin Little, 39, of Prescott, deputies said.
