It's the dream of every foster child to find a forever home where he or she can grow up with all the love and support all kids deserve. That's why Together We Rise, a nonprofit comprised partly of former foster youth, works to improve the lives of foster kids across America. Their #FosterLove campaign, with its gorgeous photos documenting that magical moment of adoption, is part of that crucial mission.
The joy on these children's faces is just beyond measure, and filled with so much hope. These pictures prove that there is a family out there for every child — no matter how many days of waiting — and more than enough love to go around!
