No one can ever deny the stress a parent feels trying to decide on the perfect baby name. You research. You scan the Internet. You phone a friend. It's pretty serious business, which is why it's okay to take your time — including choosing more than one of your faves should the mood strike.
"Bonus names" — or multiple middle names — are more common than you think.
Whether honoring culture, tradition, or just trying to go against the grain, tons of people are saying no to the assumption "less is more" by making space on their child's birth certificate for the baby names that inspire them the most.

Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale
Not only is little Apollo Rossdale a looker, but his name pays respect to his family. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale honored their mothers by giving Apollo their maiden names, Bowie and Flynn, as middle names. This is so cute and such an awesome idea!
Theodore Vigo Sullivan Gillies
Instead of spending more time playing the back-and-forth baby name game, Rachael Leigh Cook and *Originals* star Daniel Gillies chose door number two — by giving little Theodore three middle names. "He [Theodore] was born on the fourth [day] of the fourth [month], and I said, 'Let's give him four names. Four seems to be his number," Gillies once revealed to *People*.
