For the mom who's got an old recital costume (or 20) somewhere in the attic and now has a little one with dance dreams of her own, hang on to your jazz shoes. We've just found your new Instagram obsession.
Meet 33-year-old Alba Duarte and her 7-year-old daughter Alexia.
Nope, that's not a typo. Alexia isn't even in middle school yet and she's got moves that some professional dancers only dream about. This mother-and-daughter team create their own Zumba- and hip-hop-inspired dance routines and post them on Instagram.

They wear matching outfits for each dance. The details are perfect, right down to their shoes.
They're always in perfect sync and they look like they're having so much fun. Plus, these moves are pure fire. Do they teach a class? Because we'd sign ourselves and our kids up.
It's clear these two are more than dance partners -- they're best friends too.
We've all seen the shows featuring stage moms that push their kids to perform, or the Instagram accounts where mom seems much more into making the videos than the kid is. But it's clear here that while Duarte is obviously very talented (I wish my hips moved like that!), she's not doing this for her — she's doing it so her daughter can shine.
The dance moves are 100 percent original.
In fact, they even film tutorials of some of their routines for YouTube.
Sorry, kids, that trip to the movies this weekend is canceled. We've got plans. Go get your sneakers.
