A ‘Baby Shark’ Live Tour Is Coming & We Hope There’s Wine for Parents

If you're still groaning over the news that a Baby Shark TV series is in the works, then I hope you're sitting down for this one. According to People, a Baby Shark live show is also in development — and is expected to hit up 100 US and Canadian cities starting this fall. In other words: You'll (most likely) be shelling out some cash soon to lose your mind in a stadium full of kids do doo doo-ing at the top of their lungs. Exciting thought, isn't it??

Although tour dates for Baby Shark Live! are set to be announced July 9, it's being billed as a "fully immersive, one-of-a-kind" musical experience.

I don't know about you, but being "fully immersed" in a live Baby Shark musical experience sounds like a nightmare I once had when I was sick. Then again, it's basically a dream come true for the 5 and under set, so your kid's unfiltered joy may trump any annoyance on your part.

(Also: ear plugs.)

To launch the tour, South Korean brand Pinkfong joined forces with Round Room Live, which has a similar live experience for PJ Masks fans.

On the Baby Shark Live! website, fans learn they can "take an adventure into the sea with Baby Shark as he joins his friend Pinkfong to sing and dance through some of your favorite new and classic songs!"

And it's not all about incessant musical tunes that'll get stuck in your head — it's educational too.

Fans can look forward to "dancing in the aisles as Baby Shark and his friends go on fun adventures to learn about shapes, colors, numbers and so much more!" the site promises.

And in case you're worried, you won't have to listen to the Baby Shark theme song the whole time.

Fans can sing and dance through other new songs and beloved classics, such as "Five Little Monkeys," "Wheels on the Bus," "Jungle Boogie," and "Monkey Banana Dance."

"We are really excited to be partnering with Pinkfong to bring a live version of their viral sensation Baby Shark throughout the U.S. and Canada,” Round Room Live Co-President Stephen Shaw, lead producer and promoter for the live tour, said in a press release. “Baby Shark Live is a world class children’s brand that transfers naturally to the live stage, and we can’t wait to delight fans with this fun and engaging concert experience.”
