Josiah & Lauren Duggar’s Kids: New Video Seemingly Confirms They Welcomed Third Child

Since TLC canceled Counting On, Josiah and Lauren Duggar have remained mostly out of the spotlight. The couple has occasionally shown up in group photos or videos posted by family members on social media. But recently, a new video seemingly confirmed that Josiah and Lauren Duggar have three kids.

Josiah and Lauren courted on the TLC series before marrying in June 2018. They welcomed their first child, Bella Milagro Duggar, on November 8, 2019. Reportedly, they welcomed another daughter named Daisy in March 2021 (although no one in the family publicly announced her arrival). Lauren reportedly gave birth to a son they named Ezra in May 2023 — but again, the family never officially confirmed the big news.

A new video seemingly confirmed Josiah and Lauren Duggar have three kids.

On January 3, 2025, Josiah’s older sister, Jana, shared a YouTube video of her complete wedding ceremony. She and her husband, Stephen Wissmann, said “I do” in August. Eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment (14:03) showing Josiah, Lauren, and what appears to be their three young children.

At Jana's wedding, Lauren, and their three children posed for photos with the bride and groom.

At the end of Jana’s wedding ceremony, she and Stephen posed for photos with her siblings and their spouses and children. Josiah held his younger daughter while standing next to Lauren, who held their son, as Bella stood in front of them. Out of respect for the private parents, the kids’ faces were blurred.

They also performed at Jana and Stephen Wissmann's wedding.

Jana’s wedding video also showed that Josiah and Lauren sang at her wedding, but it’s unclear what song the couple performed. Jana included a different song over a montage of Josiah and Lauren singing and Jana and Stephen lighting a unity candle and holding hands.

In recent years, the couple no longer posts publicly on social media.

Although Lauren and Josiah used to be active on social media, they have since opted for a more private life. The couple started by removing all photos including their daughter. Fans later noticed that they deleted everything (publicly, at least) from their Instagram grid, including the main profile picture.

They're not the only couple to back off sharing their kids online.

It might seem odd to drastically pull back from the spotlight after growing up on reality TV, but Josiah isn’t the only Duggar sibling to rethink their social media activity. His older sister, Jinger Duggar, does not post photos of her daughter’s faces online. (Felicity and Evangeline’s faces were also blurred in Jana’s wedding video.) And the rest of the Duggar family seems to respect their decisions.
