As moms, we know babies and long car rides don’t always mix. We can have everything perfect for them, from the temperature to the music to their favorite toys, and they will still find a reason to scream. Thanks to modern technology like tablets and video streaming, parents can often prevent major meltdowns. But when things suddenly get quiet and those familiar sounds stop happening, trouble could be brewing.
A mom named Rachel noticed her baby became a bit too quiet in the back seat during a drive. When she turned around to see why his tablet went silent, she got the most hilarious surprise. Rachel posted the video on her TikTok @rachelmarie_105, and it’s too good to miss.

Rachel noticed Mickey Mouse suddenly stopped playing.
In her video, we don’t see her baby’s face because of his car seat shade, but we can see his little toes moving quickly. Rachel shared text on the video that reads in part, “When Mickey Mouse stops playing but the baby isn’t crying.” We then hear a voiceover from Keeping Up With The Kardashians and someone telling Kris Jenner that something is perfect.
The baby had indeed found something perfect.
The video text continues: “Turns out he’s shopping for a new Dell Computer.” Somehow, Rachel’s son made his way out of his Mickey Mouse video and started some online shopping. He quickly moves his toes over the tablet and hilariously seems to be adding a new computer to his cart. His mom wrote in the video’s caption, “At least he clicked ‘budget friendly.'”
The video made many people laugh.
It’s so innocent, funny, and totally relatable. Lots of kids have done similar things.
Like this kid: “Today mine somehow started shopping for Harry & David while FaceTiming with get Grammy.”
A precocious toddler wanted to spend some money. Her mom wrote, “my daughter tried to get a new AC unit and was looking at vacations like I’m rich rich and she’s only 3.”
This kid just needed some knowledge: “Mine took my phone and googled ‘how many yards is 900ft?’ And I’m like why would you even need to know that?”

The baby's choice impressed a lot of people.
One follower appreciated the little one’s thriftiness and commented, “Very considerate of him to go with the budget friendly options tbh.”
A fellow Dell owner likes the baby’s choice: ” I have a Dell gaming PC, and I love it. He knows what’s up.”
This person wanted to be sure he got the best bang for his buck. “He should go with the 144hz refresh rate, it will look a lot smoother than the 75hz for an extra $20,” the commenter suggested.
Rachel, we loved watching those little toes scroll. But a word to the wise: Make sure your credit card info isn’t linked. Trust us – you don’t want to know how we know.
