Game of Thrones fans, the wait is almost over! The cult favorite show will return on April 14 for its eighth and final season, but the iconic series isn't returning empty-handed. We're getting a massive makeup collection dedicated to the show thanks to its collaboration with Urban Decay.
"There are two things we fangirl over at UDHQ —makeup and Game of Thrones — so obviously we went all out on this one," Urban Decay founder Wende Zomnir wrote on Instagram.
If you've been waiting on Game of Thrones to come back to HBO, then get ready. Winter is coming, and it's cooler than ever!
Zomnir teased the reveal on Thursday with a single word.
"TOMORROW," she wrote on Instagram. Fans of the brand and the show immediately guessed that Zomnir meant more news about the Game of Thrones release.
"Yaaaassss #forthethrone all for this and buying it all @Udwende. I think out of all the makeup kingdoms, you are queen," one fan wrote to Zomnir.
"You're in the great game now. The moment you've been waiting for is FINALLY here," the brand wrote on Instagram.
"From the shores of Dragonstone to the frozen lands beyond the Wall, this collection was inspired by our favorite places in Westeros and the strong women of the Seven Kingdoms. This is a LIMITED EDITION collection, available GLOBALLY starting April 14th."
You read that right. The Game of Thrones collection is getting an international release.
The Game of Thrones for the Throne Collection is inspired by the seven kingdoms and includes 13 products.

The collection includes an eye shadow palette, highlighter palette, a lip and cheek stain, four lipsticks, four eye pencils, and two eye shadow brushes. Oh yeah, you also get your own throne! Urban Decay truly went all out to make this collection as detailed as possible. With a single international release date, plan your schedules accordingly, because this collection will likely sell out swiftly.
About the actual throne you get with this makeup collection...

Excuse the corny pun, but this palette packaging is hotter than actual dragon's breath! Before you even open the packaging and get to the actual eye shadow, this throne pops up and blows you away.
The Game of Thrones Eye Shadow Palette takes on the look of a book. The inside flap of the book features a map of Westeros on one side and a quote from Daenerys.
When you pull the Daenerys quote up, your very own iron throne pops up.

THE IRON THRONE. POPS. UP.
Are you even able to can with this 3D right now? Someone send help. Every brand that released a collaboration this year is quaking right now with good reason. A pop-up eye shadow palette?! This is how you take what you know the people want and turn it into something they didn't know they needed.
Urban Decay didn't go all out on the packaging just to let its shadows fall back. Peep these pigments!

The palette has 20 eye shadow shades separated into four sections dedicated to House Stark (smoky mats and neutral shimmers), House Targaryen (jewel-tone shimmers), House Lannister (metallics, mattes, and shimmers), and the White Walkers (cool, icy shimmers). Each section comes with transformer shades located in the circular pans at the bottom of each section.
Check out these swatches from the eye shadow palette.
In case it's not obvious, Urban Decay came to slay way more than just dragons. Beauty brands, take detailed notes. This palette gives life via packaging and pigments!
The eye fun doesn't just stop at the 3D palette. Urban Decay made special glide-on eye pencils.

There are four new glide-on eye pencils in the shades The Night King, Winter Fell Snow (iridescent blue), Lannister Gold (gold), and Dragon Smoke (smoky black with red shimmer).
"24/7 pencils are some of my favorite Urban Decay products," Wende Zomnir shared on the Urban Decay YouTube channel. "This stuff just is so soft but it does not budge. It's such an amazing pencil, and it's exciting to have four great can't-mess-with-you shades in Game of Thrones colors."
Urban Decay also added four new shades to its Vice lipstick collection.

One lipstick is inspired by the White Walkers, while the other three shades are inspired by the powerful women of each house on Game of Thrones. The shade names are Cersei Lannister (metallic bronze), Daenerys Targaryen (red, shown here), Sansa Stark (peach nude), and White Walker (deep wine).
The Mother of Dragons Highlight Palette features three dragon eggs on the inside and textured metallic dragon scales on the outside packaging.

The highlighter shades are named after three Games of Thrones dragons. From left to right, the shades are Drogon (pink), Viserion (warm gold), and Regal (bronze).
The Dracarys Lip & Cheek Stain ($26, Urban Decay) is designed to actually look just like dragon's blood.

"It's a beautiful formula that's easy to wear," Zomnir described on YouTube. "You just drop it on to the skin and then tap it in, and it gives you this beautiful flushed effect on the cheek or on the lips. You can even layer it on the lips for a really bitten effect, and it's so comfortable and beautiful."
If you know anything about how drops of any kind work (serums, oils, etc…), then you know things can get messy VERY quickly and the product will roll down your entire face if you aren't careful enough. I recommend you drop a bit on the back of your hand and then dab what you need with your finger, so you have more control of the product.
The Game of Thrones for the Throne Collection features two brushes that are tiny replicas of swords on the show.

One brush takes on the look of Jon Snow's Longclaw sword and is meant to be an eye shadow blending brush. The wolf's face on the tip of the brush actually has red bejeweled eyes. I remain slayed by the effort Urban Decay put in to nail the details.
The other brush was inspired by Needle, which is the sword of Arya Stark.

"This is a great shadow brush for laying down beautiful, intense color," Zomnir shared on YouTube.
Game of Thrones fans, April 14 awaits you, and you'll need to scoop up this collection ASAP.

I predict a sellout situation and maybe a single restock, so mark thy calendars and prepare thy carts!
