Tori Spelling Allegedly Trashed Her $15,000 Per Month Rental Home in LA When She Moved Out

Tori Spelling has spent most of the past couple of years moving from place to place, and now, she's doing it again. But this time, her neighbors don't exactly have good things to say about the way she left their neighborhood. Apparently, Tori totally trashed her rental house in Los Angeles when she moved out — both inside the home and on the street outside. And now, it seems like she's left her former landlord with a huge mess to clean up.

Tori moved out of the Woodland Hills home she was renting with her kids.

The 3,000-square-foot home featured five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pool, and Tori had reportedly been paying $15,000 a month to live there for the past seven months. The home came fully furnished when she moved in with all five of her kids.

Now, however, it sounds like it may look a bit different than it did when she first moved in.

Photos show quite a mess outside of Tori's former home.

Photos obtained by The Daily Mail paint a rough picture of the rental house. Furniture is stacked up on the curb, along with some other household items. Some of the furniture, including sofas, is also visibly ripped and shows stains.

A neighbor told the news outlet that the inside of the home is in bad shape.

"Let's just say I doubt she'll be getting her security deposit back," the neighbor said. "The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home. There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what. It's completely trashed. Just look at the big dumpster they had to bring in. It's been filled up several times since she moved out on June 1."

She put down a $7,500 security deposit when she moved in.

But with how bad things are inside the home, the neighbor said they don't think that will be enough to cover the damages.

"It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to the way it was before she moved in," the person added.

So far Tori hasn't commented on the state of her former home.

It's also not clear where the former reality star will be living next — or if she'll face bills for more damages done to her last rental property in the meantime.

Here's hoping the owners are able to get it back in shape quickly before their next tenants move in.
