The holiday season is known as a time of giving and being jolly. Time is supposed to move a little slower, and we’re all supposed to be a little nicer and kinder to each other. But instead, we often find ourselves constantly rushing around, bustling from place to place as we run errands and buy gifts. People become frantic and desperate as they fight to make sure their loved ones get everything their hearts desire. Perhaps that lack of holiday cheer is what led four women to get into a fight at Capital City Mall in Pennsylvania. The fight was so wild that the infant of mom Oriel Dykes accidentally got hurt as the chaos ensued.
Around 12:27 p.m. December 13, 2025, officers from the Lower Allen Township Police Department were sent to Capital City Mall, a booking report reads. When they arrived, they discovered a fight was actively taking place in the mall’s parking lot.
Officers met with Messiah Cloud and Kajah George, who had been engaging in the fight. Both women had injuries to their faces and knuckles. Two additional suspects were later identified as Carrie Bowman and Oriel Dykes.

Surveillance video obtained by investigators showed the four women fighting with each other, WGAL reported.
During the fight, Dykes, 26, could be seen on video leaving her baby in a stroller to join in the fight. According to police, she returned, bringing the stroller closer to the altercation. She then kicked at someone and tipped over the stroller. As a result, “her unrestrained child was thrown into the parking lot,” police noted in the booking report.
Police arrested Dykes, charging her with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children, and she was brought to Cumberland County Prison, WGAL reported. Simple assault charges were brought against the other women.
