JD Vance Announces Baby No. 4 & the Internet Immediately Starts Doing Timeline Math

It didn’t take long for people to start making jokes and assumptions about JD Vance and Usha Vance following the news of Usha’s pregnancy. The pair announced on X (formerly Twitter) that they are expecting their fourth child, a boy, in July 2026. And now, some of the couple’s more vocal critics believe they know when the couple conceived.

If you take nothing else from the Trump Administration, it did pave the way for some epic internet memes that will undoubtedly stand the test of time. One of those memes involves JD in a wig, and it’s an image he decided to lean into on Halloween in 2025. Maybe that wig did something for his relationship with Usha, because people are convinced that it’s a big part of the timeline for when they conceived.

There is a rough timeline for when JD and Usha Vance conceived.

According to some of JD’s harshest critics on social media, JD and Usha conceived in October 2025, possibly around Halloween. It was on Halloween that JD donned a curly wig similar to the one on his head in the now infamous meme of his and decided to dress as his meme persona for the holiday. It was just creepy enough to pass for a spooky Halloween costume.

“A July baby means JD and Usha’s baby was conceived around Halloween,” one user wrote in an X post. “So JD’s costume musta been the catalyst.”

Someone else shared a video of JD on Halloween and wrote, “Don’t come for me, but late July babies are often conceived on Halloween. And don’t forget, this was @VP @JDVance ‘s costume.”

Other people pointed to the October 2025 Turning Point USA event where JD and Erika Kirk embraced on-stage and prompted rumors about Erika actually coming after JD.

“Y’all. Usha Vance is pregnant because we all caught onto JD and Erika,” someone joked on X. “That’s an anchor baby. That’ll def fix their marriage now!”

The meme originated from the February 2025 meeting between Donald Trump, JD, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy. After JD reprimanded Zelenskyy for not saying thank you, a meme was made with JD looking all out of sorts as the “fat JD Vance” with curly hair, a creepy smile, and wild eyes. The meme took on a life of its own, following the vice president whenever he posted something to social media. Trolls have been quick to add an image or two with that meme in some way.

If JD and Usha did conceive their fourth child in October 2025, it is entirely possible that they did so one night when JD was dressed as his meme. It’s just strange enough to be legitimate, considering everything else that happens with the Trump Administration.
