If the United States was a reality show, people would be hardcore shopping Candace Owens and Hunter Biden right about now. Oh, who are we kidding? The U.S. is a reality show these days, and on X, people are absolutely joking about wanting Owens and Biden to get together. Are the people serious about trying to get this political powerhouse together? It’s totally possible.
It all stemmed from Owens announcing plans to interview Biden on her podcast the Candace Owens Show. The interview seems to be a way to continue to rattle the feathers of conservative and Republican officials, much like Owens has done since she left Turning Point USA. But could there ever actually be a love connection between these two that would bridge the gap between political parties? It’s just wild enough to happen at this point.

When someone shared the X post about hoping Biden and Owens “fall in love” after their planned interview, other people…agreed? Yeah, apparently, it’s either a genuine hope among the masses, or they just love the idea of joking about someone who used to be a diehard Donald Trump supporter breaking bread and planning a wedding with the son of his presidential arch nemesis.
“It would literally restore balance in the universe,” an X user wrote.
“That would perhaps be the biggest twist in the history of twists,” another added.
Someone took it a step further and commented, “Their baby will be the next Charlie Kirk but with a twist he is actually a leftist.”
Another user called the pair a “power couple.” And, a commenter added in response to the X post, “Can we get them on the presidential ticket?”
But, as another person put it, “At the very least it should inspire some fan fic.”
Unfortunately for those who are actually shipping these two, Owens has been married to former Turning Point UK chairman George Farmer since 2019. So no, there probably won’t be any wedding bells for Owens and Biden any time soon. But there is still something fun about secretly wanting Owens to further anger Turning Point USA and Trump by falling for someone in the Biden family.

Obviously, in the wild world in which Owens and Biden did get together after the podcast episode, Trump would have a field day talking smack about them publicly. According to one user on X, he might even “repeal Loving v. Virginia the next day.” Loving v. Virginia is a civil rights case that ruled in favor of a mixed race couple being married in 1967.
There have been rumors about Owens and her husband splitting up. But so far, Owens has not confirmed that she and her husband have divorced or plan to split up. Even if she has the chance to move forward and marry a Biden now.
“The most unexpected crossover of the year I am actually tuned in,” someone commented on X, in response to the idea of Owens and Biden tying the knot someday.
She teased the podcast interview ahead of its release.
Before Owens’ podcast episode featuring Biden, she teased the interview on Instagram. Those who follow Owens out of loyalty and those who follow her simply because of her now anti-MAGA rhetoric were ready to hear what she has to say when it comes to Biden now.
To be clear, no one really seems serious at the thought of Biden and Owens falling in love. But with the way the country is at the moment, and how off-the-wall half of the plans are for the U.S., it would not be the strangest thing to happen during Trump’s second term in office. Yes, that’s where we’re at right now.
