Despite any tensions between Prince Harry and the royal family, his cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have always remained close with him and Meghan Markle. And now, it sounds like they’re paying for it.
A source claims that Queen Camilla has cut Eugenie and Beatrice off, believing that they’re feeding information to her estranged stepson, and it’s reportedly costing them their standing in the royal family.
Queen Camilla has reportedly written off Eugenie and Beatrice entirely at this point.
A royal source told Radar Online that Camilla has cut Beatrice and Eugenie off to the point that they were never asked to help fill in when Kate Middleton took time off of work while undergoing cancer treatment, and it’s all because they have refused to cut ties with Meghan and Harry.
Not only have they remained in communication with their cousin and his wife, but Eugenie has traveled to visit their home in California.
“Eugenie and Beatrice are very close to Harry, and both stayed loyal to him and Meghan through thick and thin,” the source said. “Now the chickens have come home to roost.”
William feels the same way as his stepmother.
Camilla and William are said to be on the same side on this particular issue. According to the source, they “formed an unlikely alliance” after Harry and Meghan exited the royal family, and that means they’re on the same page when it comes to Beatrice and Eugenie, too.
The sisters having open lines of communication with the former royals has Camilla and William concerned that they’re sharing information to Harry that they wish he wouldn’t have access to.
“Both believe Harry and Meghan wouldn’t know as much as they do if it weren’t for Beatrice and Eugenie, even if the girls leaked secret details by accident!” the source said, adding, “They’re no longer trusted and have been branded as backstabbers and traitors.”

Eugenie and Beatrice are said to be “very upset.”
It’s no secret that it’s been a particularly difficult few years for Eugenie and Beatrice, what with the scandal involving their dad, the former prince Andrew, and all… and the source believes that right now, it might be safest for them to let that relationship with Camilla and William go in favor of keeping strong ties with Harry and Meghan, who are outside of the royal family.
“An alliance with the Sussexes gives the girls a bolt-hole if their father’s sex scandal gets even more out of hand,” the source said. “Andrew just can’t put the Epstein thing behind him, and it keeps dragging Bea and Eugenie down.”
But even if Meghan and Harry can’t help them, they aren’t about to give up that relationship.
“At the end of the day, their consciences are clear, and they refuse to turn their backs on a beloved cousin and his wife just because they didn’t fit into the royal way of life,” the source added. “At least that appears to be the story they’re telling — but Camilla, the king and William are spinning a different version and they’re the ones who hold all the cards.”
