I am a lifestyle writer and digital editor for Scholastic's Parent and Child Magazine. My work has appeared in Parenting and Babytalk magazines, as well as on CNN, AOL Yahoo, and Orbitz.com. I'm a beginner runner (ow) and addicted to yoga (ahh). Any extra money in my bank account is spent on travel. I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, but was raised in Brooklyn — which is where I currently live with (and bake for) my fiancé and an albino ringneck dove named Lady Byron.
