I'm a freelance writer, guitar teacher, wife, and grateful mom of two young sons. I live in Fairfield, Conn., but I’m from Silver Spring, Md., where I got my start as a poet before switching over to journalism in college. I’ve written for dozens of consumer and b-to-b media outlets, most recently LearnVest, Physicians Practice, and Naples Illustrated. When I’m not writing, teaching, or hanging out with my family (which is most of the time), I enjoy playing guitar, rocking out, singing, and running.
