Everyone has a secret. There are things we do in the shadows we don’t want others to know about. Some secrets are bigger than others. Modern communication has allowed people to stay in touch and even opened the door for spicy interactions via text message, direct messages, emails and more. It gets messy when the intended message becomes public.
“Sexting,” or sending sexually charged words via text, has the potential to be scandalous, embarrassing, or just plain funny. Be careful what you put in writing. The 10 men on this list learned that the hard way
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
The 2024 presidential race has been anything but normal. Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and New York Magazine’s Olivia Nuzzi allegedly had an affair. They reportedly keep in touch with spicy sexts.
She was covering his campaign at the time, which is a journalistic no-no. He is married to actress Cheryl Hines, and she was engaged to fellow reporter Ryan Lizza.
Anthony Weiner
Another politician who should have known better was former New York congressman Anthony Weiner. In 2011, he resigned from the US Congress after he was caught sending a woman a sexy picture on Twitter. He didn’t learn his lesson. Two years later, he sent a 22-year-old a sext when running for Mayor of New York City.
In August of 2016, it became public knowledge that he sent another sext while lying in bed with his young son. This is when his wife, Huma Abedin, had enough and divorced him. In 2017, he was found plead guilty transferring obscene material to a minor after sexting with a 15-year-old girl. He served 21 months in jail, registered as a sex offender, and was released in February of 2019.

Andrew Broad
It’s not just US politicians who act inappropriately. Andrew Broad served in the Australian House of Representatives until 2019 when a sexting scandal caused his resignation. He was caught using a sugar baby website to meet younger women, and one of them went public with his messages.
Let’s just say you will never hear a more creative use of the phrase “G’day mate.” Andrew called it a “dumb mistake” and walked away from politics because it “made him not as nice a person.”
Tiger Woods
The GOAT of golf did not have the perfect home life the world thought he had. In 2009, this came out after a car crash on at his Orlando, Florida home. He claimed he was molested by a youth pastor when he was 13 years old.
Jeff Bezos
In January of 2019, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie Scott revealed their plans to divorce. The National Enquirer didn’t help the situation by publishing naughty text messages between Jeff and his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez. “I love you, alive girl,” one of these messages read. “I will show you with my body, and my lips and my eyes, very soon.”
The Enquirer is owned by American Media Inc., which supports Donald Trump. Donald and Jeff are not exactly friends, so it appeared as if the publication was trying to get into the former’s good graces. Jeff and MacKenzie finalized their divorce in July of 2019.

Adam Levine
In 2022, the Maroon Five singer found himself in hot water. His wife, Behati Prinsloo, was pregnant with their third child at the time. Four women came forward with screenshots of text messages and Instagram DMs they claimed were sent to them by Adam.

He sent out this silly tweet to get attract the ladies: “DM’S ONLY 1) wanna kiss 2) I like your body 3) wanna have sex 4) always liked you 5) your cute af 6) I want you but you can’t tell nobody…”
Hopefully he has learned better moves off the court these days.
