Amanda Bynes Looks Unrecognizable in New Video Announcing Her Upcoming Podcast

Amanda Bynes has been through a lot of ups and downs since she walked away from her Hollywood career, but now, it sounds like she's giving herself a fresh start with her newest project. This week, Amanda took to her new Instagram account to announce that her new podcast will debut soon. Now that she is finally back on social media, Amanda is sporting a different look these days that makes her practically unrecognizable from the star many of us grew up watching.

Amanda originally shared the news in an Instagram video.

She appeared in the selfie-style video on November 12, sporting blonde hair and dyed blue eyebrows as she spoke to the camera about the new podcast she's starting with biochemist Paul Sieminski.

"At first, we're hoping to interview our friends, and then, we're going to take it mainstream and interview celebrities and artists," she shared.

She shared more details in a new interview this week.

While talking to TooFab, Amanda said she met Paul while she was in treatment for her mental health and that their podcast will be "about the entertainment industry."

"Our goal is to start a beauty brand in the future. Our podcast will be on Spotify and it's called 'Paul & Amanda: The Podcast,'" she explained.

She and Paul are also working on another project together.

In a video that Amanda shared at the end of October, she revealed that she and Paul are also working on a coffee-table book they are hoping will be published soon, letting her followers know that they were keeping the details under wraps for now.

It sounds like this former Nickelodeon star has a lot of plans in the pipeline right now.

At first, it seemed as if things were truly looking up for her when her conservatorship ended in March 2023, but she was found roaming the streets naked in Los Angeles just days later, leading to her being put under a psychiatric hold. In July, Amanda checked into an inpatient mental health facility voluntarily, and now she's back on social media, communicating with fans again.

Hopefully, this will be a positive new chapter for her.
