Amber Portwood is back in court with her ex Andrew Glennon in yet another custody battle. The Teen Mom star’s ex filed an emergency motion to end her visits with their 5-year-old son James after an incident that Andrew says proves that Amber is an unsafe parent.

James supposedly got a bloody lip after falling while staying with his mom in a hotel.

"The minor child had busted, bloody lip. The minor child became hysterical, [Amber] began yelling, and [Amber] immediately terminated the video call with [Andrew including phone calls and text messages, as to what happened and what was going on," Andrew claimed in his filing, according to The Ashley's Reality Roundup.
He also declared that he "feared for [James’] safety," going to Amber’s hotel room around 1:30 am to pick up the young boy.
When he showed up at the hotel, he alleged that Amber made a scene because he was picking up the boy early, ending their time together.
Amber is holding her ground.
Amber filed a rebuttal against Andrew’s claims, alleging the incident was "not an emergency" and saying she believes he is trying to impose on her time with her son to "cause her emotional and likely financial hardship."
"Father fails to advise the Court that James suffered bloody lip during the video call with his Father. James was jumping on the hotel bed and bit his lip. A 5-year-old jumping and biting his lip (on video call with his Father) is not an emergency," read her filing.
"When the child injured his lip, Mother terminated the video call to tend to him. During this time, Mother missed phone call from Father. She returned his call and spoke with Father two minutes later."
She told Andrew that he 'broke my heart.'
Amber stated that James became "hysterical" because of his father’s reaction to the incident and "upon arriving at the hotel where Mother and James were staying."
She also submitted screenshots of a text exchange she had with Andrew, sharing, "How dare you ask to pick him up because he jumped up and bit his lip!
"You broke my heart for this one seriously," she added.
Andrew also made other allegations against Amber.

In the same court filing, Andrew also raised concerns over whether Amber was properly bathing the little boy because he developed a "painful, blistering rash."
When he asked her about it, he claims that she "became very aggressive with [Andrew] when he inquired if the minor child had been bathed while in her care."
Amber countered, claiming that James developed the rash because he was "not wiping when using the bathroom," and placing the blame for that on Andrew due to him being the primary caretaker.

This battle isn't over yet.
Amber asked that the judge assigned to the case dismiss Andrew's emergency motion and pay the more than $6,000 in attorney fees she had. She also fired her previous lawyer and hired a new one during the emergency filing.
The judge has initially sided with Amber, deciding that the information provided by Andrew does not qualify as an emergency.
The exes are due back in court later this month.
