Jennifer Lopez’s ‘Greatest Love Story’ May Be Ending as Ben Affleck Divorce Rumors Heat Up

Watching Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez find their way back to each other after all those years apart felt like a fairy tale, but could it be coming to an end already? According to a new report, the couple is "heading for divorce," and things between them have gotten so bad, Ben's already packed up his things and moved out of their shared house. Fingers crossed this isn't true — it would be heartbreaking to see them go their separate ways after all they've overcome!

A source close to the couple says 'the writing's on the wall.'

And if what the insider is saying now is legit, the reason for their breakup rests solely on J.Lo. Uh oh.

"They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!" the source told In Touch Weekly.

The couple eloped in July 2022 and had a formal wedding a month later.

Ben is reportedly living elsewhere.

"He’s focusing on his work and his kids now," the source said. "Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for."

That's a serious bummer, considering that they only bought their $64 million home last year.

It seems like they may just be too different.

"They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her," the source added. "There’s no way it could have lasted."

Anyone else feeling seriously bummed out by this, or is it just us?

The source said Jennifer has been 'controlling.'

Apparently, that's especially true when it comes to her life in the public eye and the way she approaches her career.

"Ben would never try to stifle [Jennifer]’s dreams or tell her she can’t do something that advances her career, even though she can be quite controlling of him," the source said.

The same issues that ended their relationship the first time around might have come back to haunt them.

"They waited almost two decades to get back together, but in the end, they just couldn’t make it work. They both said they’d matured and learned from their mistakes, but some of the bigger issues that tore them apart the first time remained the same," the source explained.

For now, we're hoping these rumors aren't true. It really seemed like these two were ready to go the distance this time around.
