We all know what it looks like when celebrities get carried away with cosmetic procedures, but now, it's a certain country star raising eyebrows. Fans have noticed that Carrie Underwood has been looking a bit different lately. According to what a source close to the American Idol winner is saying, even her friends are starting to get worried about just how far she might take the whole plastic surgery thing if her reported new hobby goes unchecked.

One of Carrie's recent Instagram photos is sparking speculation.
As Radar Online pointed out, when Carrie posted a photo with rapper Ludacris on Instagram, some of her social media followers couldn't help but notice she looks a bit different these days.
"Didn't even recognize Carrie! Looks like she may have had some 'work' done!" one person wrote.
Another commenter shared, "She made herself look 20 years older. I don’t understand why someone so beautiful would do that. She’ll never be the same except on the inside."
Her close friends are reportedly a bit concerned about the sudden changes.
An insider told the news outlet that Carrie has "always been a bit on the vain side," and now, that tendency may be propelling her to make some major changes to her appearance.
"No one would put it past her to get a few nip/tucks," the insider said.
They accused her of going 'a little wild' with lip fillers.
"They were never that plump before. She probably has a very good dermatologist plus Botox to smooth out the face and neck," the source said.
The insider added that it's interesting Carrie isn't showing any signs of aging at 41 years old.

She could be running the risk of overdoing it.
"Of course, the fear is always that someone of Carrie’s caliber will overshoot and ruin her naturally pretty looks," the source added. "People are hoping she reins it in sooner rather than later."
Plastic surgeon Dr. Otto Placik told Radar Online that he believes Carrie has had filler added to her face, along with a procedure on her lower eyelids and a forehead lift.
Carrie has always been gorgeous.
The only thing that matters is how she feels about the way she looks — whether or not she's having procedures done to help her achieve that self-confidence. Though people will always have opinions, the only one that actually counts is hers.
