The world was reeling on Wednesday when Chrissy Teigen shared a lengthy Instagram post announcing the surprise birth of her new baby boy. The cookbook author and social media star thanked the surrogate who made the entire thing possible at the time, and now, she's responding to all Chrissy's love in the sweetest way possible. We're kind of obsessed with what an awesome relationship they seem to have.

Chrissy and John found their surrogate, Alexandra, through the agency they contacted way back in 2021, when they first decided to try again for another baby.
"Thank you for choosing me," she wrote in the comments. "For making this whole experience so wonderful. For loving me and my family whole heartedly. It was truly an honor bringing perfect Wren into the world with you right by my side."
Chrissy shared some of what made her and Alexandra's relationship so perfect.
When Chrissy revealed the happy news to the world in the post, she did so by thanking Alexandra for making her dream of having four children possible.
She said she met Alexandra around the same time she fell pregnant with Esti and found her to be the most "incredible, loving, compassionate surrogate" that the couple could've ever hoped for.
The two women seemed to have a lot in common.
Chrissy continued to gush over their relationship.
"All our wishes and dreams aligned," she wrote. "I wanted to be her friend, I wanted our children to play, I wanted dinner together, I wanted to lay my head on her belly and be able to feel the hiccups and kicks. I wanted them to be in our lives for as long as time would allow."
Unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned for the ladies.
Sadly, Chrissy shared that the first embryo didn't make it, but that seemed to increase the bond the two women shared.
"How much she gave up of her own body β surgeries to get scar tissue cleared, the mental toll it takes to go through all of that for yourself, much less for other people," Chrissy continued in her post.

We think this bond will end up being a lifelong one.
It's hard to imagine just how much Alexandra changed the lives of Chrissy and her family, but it's clear just how much the newly minted mother of four appreciates it.
When it came time to give the newest addition to the family a name, Chrissy came up with one that honored her new friend: Wren Alexander Stephens.
Welcome to the world, little Wren. It sounds like you're already one very loved little boy.
