We have to imagine that Candace Owens is off licking her wounds after being so thoroughly thrashed by Christina Applegate. The Dead to Me actress took Candace to task over gross comments about a new accessibility line from Skims where she mocked the brand's use of a model in a wheelchair.

The trouble started when Candace addressed the new adaptive line on her show.
Candace called Kim Kardashian's company out over its decision to create an adaptive underwear line during Tuesday's episode of her show The Daily Caller, as reported by the Daily Mail.
"I don't really understand how far we're going to take this inclusivity thing. I really don't get it. I don't know," Candace rambled on air. "If I'm wrong, again, educate me, today. I just want to be educated in the comments. Why did they do this? I don't know, I don't know why this needs to be done. I'm just getting tired of this all-inclusivity thing. It seems ridiculous."
Christina called Candace out about the comments over Twitter.
It seems like Christina was having trouble sleeping and was scrolling on her phone to kill time when she discovered what had been said.
"Yes late tweet," she began. "But woke to see the most horrifying thing. This Candace person making comments about companies who see we need help. It's f–king gross. I thank SKIMS and Tommy and Guide beauty and Neo Walksticks for seeing us."
She used the hashtag "you should know better" to get her point across.
She also explained just how much help some people need with simple tasks like putting on underwear.
In a separate tweet, Christina addressed how her multiple sclerosis diagnosis had made even basic things like getting dressed that much harder. "Candace Owens, do you know when you have seen pictures of me how f–king hard it was to get my clothes on," she continued. "A team has to help me! So I'm excited for accessibility clothing for me and my community. Hope you wake."
Of course, Christina really showed her strength when she later invited Candace to have a conversation.
Christina proved that she's a real class act by sharing another tweet, explaining how she had realized that she could do more than rage at Candace, she could educate her.
Christina offered to hop on the phone to talk. "I will not come with anger. I will come with love," Christina tweeted in part. "Because she needs to hear that. I pray for her tonight. Sincerely."

Candace doesn't seem to have taken her up on the offer.
Although she tweeted back at Christina and told her that she didn't realize the clothing line was adaptive, it doesn't seem like Candace was as open to receiving an education as she originally claimed in her on-air comments.
Fortunately, Christina had time to step on her soap box and offer up a public lesson in disability and the importance of inclusivity in the meantime.
