Move over Kody Brown — there's a new king of the castle. Christine Brown is engaged to marry David Woolley a little more than a year after leaving Kody. Although Christine gushed about her happy news in a new interview, it seems as if not everyone is thrilled to see Christine moving on, possibly including her former sister wife Janelle Brown.

Christine broke her happy news on Thursday.
Speaking exclusively to People magazine, Christine gushed over her husband-to-be.
"David treats me like a queen and tells me I'm beautiful everyday," the former reality star confessed. "I've never been in love like this before and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it."
The engagement comes nearly two months after she took her relationship with David public.
On Valentine's Day. Christine introduced her new beau to her followers, calling him the "love of my life" in a sweet post.
Fans seemed to be happy for Christine, who had only just severed ties with Kody in November 2021.
Their relationship came to a close after 26 years together, with the last several years being documented by TLC's camera crews as part of a reality television series about their polygamous relationship.
Fans are thrilled for Christine and David.
People couldn't help but cheer on Christine after everything she went through in her relationship with Kody and the other sister wives.
"I'm too happy for a women I don't even know," one person wrote.
Another fan referenced the legality of her union with Kody in another comment. "And you can get married legally," the person wrote. "So happy for you. I hope you continue to live your best life."
Not everyone may be as happy as they seem.
Although Janelle may have given Christine an enthusiastic "hooray" in the comments, a source says things are chilly between the sister wives turned besties.
"There's some distance between Janelle and Christine at the moment," an insider told The Sun. "Janelle doesn't approve of her new relationship," the person continued. "She thinks it's too much too soon."

Janelle may be jealous that her friend has moved on so quickly.
The pair had grown close over the years, with Janelle leaving the family fold shortly after Christine did. After that they spent a lot of time together, even taking family vacations with one another. Now that Christine has a new man in her life, all of that has gone by the wayside.
The source continued, adding that Janelle is "upset" that Christine is "spending all the time with him" and "they're not so close as they were before they started dating."
Hopefully the two women can make amends. They've been through so much hardship together, it would only be right if they could celebrate some happy news with one another for a change.
