Hannah Gosselin may be on the road to reconciliation with one of her estranged siblings. The 20-year-old former Jon & Kate Plus 8 personality posted a selfie on her Snapchat, pictured with her sister Leah Gosselin, 20. Both girls were smiling while standing behind what appears to be a yellow Volkswagen Beetle. Them being seen together comes as a surprise given the history of their parents Jon and Kate Gosselin’s years-long feud that saw the sextuplet group split when deciding which parent they would live with.

Hannah and Collin where the only ones who went with their dad.
Hannah and her 20-year-old brother Collin Gosselin were the only kids who ended up with Jon. The rest of the kids — Alexis, Joel, and Aaden, all 20, and Mady and Cara, 24 — ended up with Kate. The older two are now living on their own and working while the other four are away for college.
This is what caused the estrangement.
The Gosselin family rose to fame during their television show, Jon & Kate Plus 8. After their divorce in 2009, the show ended in November of that year. However, the show rebranded as Kate Plus 8, which ran until 2017. Their divorce was messy and the custody battle was even messier, causing tension between the parents and the siblings.

People are happy to see Hannah and Leah together.
Hannah and Collin have been estranged from their other siblings for quite some time. Reddit users were happy to see Hannah and Leah reunited, hoping for further reconciliation to come in the future. “This makes me so happy, i hope all the siblings can reunite eventually,” one user wrote. “It wouldn’t surprise me that the more life experiences some of the siblings with Kate get (college, getting their own partners), the more they will realize that their mom is toxic and distance themselves from her,” another person suggested. “And I bet either Leah, Aaden, or Joel will be among those next to go NC with Kate.”
Hannah had been wanting to reconnect with her siblings for a while.
In a 2022 interview with US Weekly, a source dished on Hannah’s relationship with her siblings. “Hannah loves her brothers and sisters,” the insider said at the time. “She would love to spend time with them. It just hasn’t been possible.”
“It is sad. She does hope that at one point she can see her brothers and sisters,” they continued. “They were all very, very close and her leaving to go live with Jon had absolutely nothing to do with her brothers and sisters. She loves them to death.”
Collin is also trying to reconcile.
Collin is reportedly trying to reconcile with his siblings as well. In an interview with US Weekly published October 2024, Jon shared that his son had reached out to the siblings and is waiting to hear back. “Collin will hopefully repair that [relationship],” he said. “It’s a two way street. You know what I mean? He’s offered the olive branch, so hopefully the olive branch will be returned.”
