Heather Rae El Moussa Says Netflix Hasn’t Asked Her To Return to ‘Selling Sunset’

New mom Heather Rae El Moussa is ready to get back to work. But unfortunately for the Selling Sunset star, work doesn't seem to be quite ready to have her back yet. Heather claims that Netflix has not yet asked her to come on for the seventh season of the hit real estate series.

Heather sat down with her hubby during a chat with E! News.

The duo were talking to Adrienne Bailon and Keltie Knight when Heather Rae dropped the bomb that she hasn't yet gotten back to work after welcoming her new baby.

"Season six is coming out soon. I don't think they've announced the air date, but soon you guys will find out," she explained. "Season seven is filming right now, but I've been off maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back."

The 35-year-old isn't feeling the love from the streaming network.

When asked how she felt about getting the silent treatment from her old bosses, Heather expressed a bit of disappointment about the whole ordeal. "It's been a little frustrating," she revealed, adding that she wasn't sure what was going on with her spot on the reality series.

Fortunately she has her husband's support.

At least Heather has a few people in her corner. After Keltie talked Heather up, telling her she was "one of the reasons why the show has been such a huge success," her husband got in on the gushing, calling his wife an "OG."

It's true — Heather has been on the series from the very beginning, prompting questions about why Netflix may not be ready to have her back on the job.

It's not like Heather isn't keeping busy while she waits for Netflix to call.

In addition to welcoming their first child together — a little boy named Tristan — Heather and Tarek also have been ushering a few other joint ventures into the world like their show The Flipping El Moussas and their new home line Home by Tarek and Heather.

Still, it sounds like Heather's eager to get back to doing what she loves.

Hopefully Netflix was just trying to give Heather a little extra time off.

The new parents have been soaking up the snuggles since the January birth of their son. Maybe Netflix execs thought they were doing Heather a favor by giving her a little more breathing room before she had to start pulling those long days at the Selling Sunset office again.

We're sure she'll be back to work in no time. Until then, she should sneak in all the extra baby cuddles she can get.
