Congratulations are in order for Hilary Duff and husband Matthew Koma! On May 7, Hilary shared that her fourth and final child, a baby girl, is finally here in the sweetest Instagram post. She announced that she was pregnant at the end of 2023 using the family’s Christmas card to share the good news, and since then has kept fans updated on her pregnancy on social media, including Matthew's vasectomy earlier this year. Her newborn joins big sisters Mae and Banks, who Hilary also shares with Matthew, along with big brother Luca, her son from her marriage to former NHL player Mike Comrie.

Their baby girl has such an unconventional name.
"Townes Meadow Bair, now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!" Hilary captioned the Instagram post she used as a birth announcement. In the first picture, Hilary is in a birthing pool kissing her brand new baby girl.
"I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty. 5/3/24," she wrote.

The family is already in love with their newest member.
Naturally, Hilary's famous friends were ready with their congratulations.
"Townes you are the cutest and coolest already," former Disney Channel star Ashley Tisdale, who is currently expecting her second child, wrote.
"Welcome beautiful little girl," Lea Michele, who's also pregnant with her second baby, wrote.
Hilary has been reflecting on how her family is changing.
In late April, Hilary shared a series of pictures on Instagram showing her, Matthew and their three kids spending time together, including some of the kids’ birthday celebrations.
"Some random pics of the 5 of us before that changes foreverrrrr," she captioned the post. In the first picture, the family is sitting outside on a deck, Hilary sitting between her husband and son cradling her bump with her daughters on either side.
She was in full nesting mode.
A week before that post, she took to her Instagram Stories to give her fans an important update.
"Hi friends — this is meant in the kindest tone (I promise) … I am no longer responding to texts or dm's about 'when baby is coming,'" she wrote. "I know everyone is checking in with love and humor, however, trust me … nobody wants it more than me!!!!! Babies come when they are ready. I am trying my best to be patient! The days are long and uncomfortable. Promise I will let you know."
The family had the happiest holiday season.
Hilary announced her pregnancy with Townes during the holiday season, using the family’s Christmas card to tell the world. "So much for silent nights. Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew," the front of the card read, while the back said "Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch!" The card featured a picture of the family together in a bed with Hilary cradling her bump.
