Joy-Anna Duggar recently shared a new vlog.
In the video she posted on her YouTube channel over the weekend, Joy shared an update with fans about her baby-to-be as she gets closer to welcoming her third child into the world.
It's an exciting time, but it's also a stressful time, so we're not surprised at all that Joy decided to treat herself amidst the chaos with a bit of pampering.
Jana appeared in the video with her little sister.
Jana joined Joy for a meal out and a pedicure together, getting in some valuable sister time before their family gets just a little bit bigger. Joy even opted for blue polish in honor of the baby boy who would be arriving soon!
But even in the middle of all that excitement, fans couldn't help but focus on Jana's appearance.
Something looked different about Jana's face.
Fans quickly flocked to Reddit to discuss Jana's changing appearance, with multiple people speculating about whether she's gotten fillers or Botox.
"Jana doesn't even look like Jana here," one commenter wrote.
Others weighed in on her lighter hair color, with one person writing, "I guess it’s nice she’s trying new things but IMO the blonde/light hair doesn’t suit her at all."

We haven't heard from Jana in a long time.
Though we catch glimpses of her here and there in other family members' videos and posts (like when the Duggars visited Israel earlier this year), she has pretty much abandoned her own social media accounts. We can't blame her for wanting to go off the radar after everything that happened with big brother Josh Duggar, but it does mean that seeing her like this, after some sort of change has occurred, can be a bit jarring.
We will likely never know what's going on.
Given that Jana is so private these days, we can't imagine her returning to Instagram to announce that she got fillers — it's just not going to happen.
But maybe more Jana appearances in the near future will help us finger out exactly what's going on. We hope everything is OK with her!
