Jared Leto's recent social media behavior is leaving fans very confused. If you follow the Thirty Seconds to Mars singer on TikTok or Instagram, you've probably noticed him sharing a lot of videos recently featuring a younger man he claims is his son. So, wait – did Jared father a child in secret over 20 years ago that none of us knew about until now? That's not quite what's happening, but his latest videos are making so many of his followers believe that Jared recently joined the celebrity dads club.

One of his recent videos in particular has people scratching their heads.
Among the many videos Jared has shared with the same brown-haired dude was this one, which was captioned "POV: the [apple] didn't fall far from the [tree]" — a phrase most people use to talk about parents and their children.
In the video, which is set to the 30 Seconds to Mars song "Seasons," Jared and his "son" can be seen doing things exactly the same way, from how they sit down on a couch to the way they wink at their reflections in the mirror before heading out of the house.
Jared's followers are confused, to say the least.
The comments are flooded with messages from people who are surprised to find out that the 52-year-old actor has a son.
"Wait … what ? He has a son?" one person asked.
Another commenter wrote, "I had to put on my FBI hat and do some digging around, because I was like, wait a minute, Sir!"
There's just one problem: This man isn't his son.
No, Jared didn't secretly father a child: The person in the video isn't his son, because he doesn't have any children.
In reality, this is actually TikTok star Johnny Valentine, and although he does have a resemblance to Jared, it's just a coincidence, not genetics.

Johnny loves collaborating with Jared.
While talking to Digital Journal in August, Johnny, who has more than seven million followers on TikTok, said it's been fun to create content with the Joker star.
"Working with Jared Leto on the social media clips has been a great experience," he shared. "Jared is a talented and dedicated collaborator, and I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to create together."
It's all a clever ruse.
But once you're in on the joke, it's easy to admit it's pretty funny — especially after seeing the video when Johnny pretends to give his "dad" an ugly sweater for Christmas that he claims to have made himself.
Here's hoping more videos like this are on the way. These two are too much when they collaborate.
