The Duggar family is "counting on" yet again — in birthdays, that is. Recently, Jed Duggar, and his wife, Katey (Nakatsu) Duggar, celebrated their daughter Nora turning 1 year old. The doting parents marked the major milestone with rare photos of their baby girl.
As a refresher, Jedidiah is the 10th-born Duggar sibling (and twin of Jeremiah). He married Katey in April 2021 after a year of courting. In May 2022, they welcomed their first child, a son they named Truett. Jed and Katey then became a family of four when Nora arrived just over one year later.

Jed & Katey Duggar shared rare photos to celebrate their daughter, Nora, turning 1.
On May 25, Jed posted on Instagram to give his daughter a birthday shout-out. "Happy 1st Birthday, Nora Kate!" he wrote. "You’ve brought us endless joy and love this past year. Watching you grow has been our greatest adventure. We love you more than words can say, sweet girl."
In the comments, friends and followers shared well-wishes.
Several members of the Bates family (who are long-time friends of the Duggars) replied in the comments. "So cute!!! " Alyssa (Bates) Webster declared.
Siblings Carlin (Bates) Stewart left two red heart emojis, Josie (Bates) Balka wrote, "Happy birthday, Nora ❤️❤️," and Lawson Bates commented, "Aww happy bday kiddo!!"
"What a pretty little girl you guys have. Happy birthday!!!" another follower declared.
Yet another Instagram user couldn't help but point out Katey's pants, writing, "Jeans?! With holes? Shock."

The update was notable because it was the first photos Jed and Katey shade hared of Nora since her birth announcement.
Jed's Instagram followers were likely pleasantly surprised by the update. The former Counting On star's most recent post about his kids came nearly a year ago when he and Katey announced their daughter's birth. At the time, he wrote, "She’s here! And we’re so in love. Welcome to the world, sweet girl. Nora Kate Duggar ."
The doting parents also posted a birthday video via YouTube.
Over on YouTube, Jed and Katey published a video of themselves and big brother Truett greeting Nora on the morning of her big day by singing to her. They also offered a glimpse at Nora's birthday party held at their home, with several Duggar cousins making quick appearances in the video, too.
Joy-Anna Duggar gave Nora a special shout-out on her own Instagram grid.
Although Joy-Anna didn't comment on Jed's Instagram post, she did share a sweet tribute to her niece on her own Instagram grid. "Jed’s little one is turning 1!!! Happy birthday! ," Jedidiah's older sister wrote.
Judging by the photos and videos, it seems Nora enjoyed eating her cake and hanging out with family on her big day.
