Jenna has been on a long health journey.

She shared another side by side this month, showing her using a walker and heavier and more recently where she is slimmed down and able to stand on her own.

"Count your blessings and be thankful. I lost the ability to walk over a year ago and thought I was done," she wrote in the post's caption. "I fought my way back and I’m steadily trying to become a better human on the outside, but more importantly on the inside."

Her road to recovery hasn't been easy.

Jenna took to her Instagram Stories to explain that sharing the post "felt like I was being transparent and it felt good. It helps me heal."

She also shared another "really vulnerable" video that showed her using the walker shortly after being discharged from the hospital. "I just want you guys to see how far I've come and how hard I'm fighting," she explained.

Jenna was very sick with a mystery illness.

In 2022, Jenna spent a significant amount of time in the hospital, where she was initially diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome before that diagnosis was taken back. She was also told that she only had months to live.

"When I was first told that I didn't have very long to live, I think I just balled up," she told Entertainment Tonight later that year. "I said, 'I'm not going to let this happen. I refuse. I'm not going to go down like that.' I finally got to the point where I was like, 'I have to take my health into my own hands,' so I put myself in a wheelchair and I wheeled myself out of the hospital."
