Earlier this month, singer and cookbook author Jessie James Decker and her husband Eric Decker welcomed their fourth child, a boy. In an Instagram post, Decker announced the baby's arrival. "Our beautiful boy is here," she wrote. "Denver Calloway Decker. 8.7 2/9/24."

"This baby won’t be able to be born in Colorado, so I thought about bringing Colorado to him so he can still kind of be a part of that special tradition that we’ve had all these years with Colorado. So, I wanted the mountains and I wanted the nature and I wanted the bears," she explained.
Another symbolic surprise
When Decker shared Denver's birth info on Instagram, fans were quick to point out the significance of his birth weight: 8 lbs., 7 oz. Dad Eric wore the number 87 during his NFL career and was the 87th overall draft pick back in 2010. He was also born in 1987.
