Jill Duggar Reunites With Estranged Mom Michelle for an Outing With Her Sisters

Sister time! Jill Duggar has made a rare public appearance with her 19 Kids and Counting family after years of estrangement — and if we didn't know better, we'd think they're all on pretty good terms. The ladies appeared to be out to celebrate oldest daughter Jana Duggar on her birthday, but fans can't get over how rare it is to see all these women together these days.

Jill joined her famous family for some pedicures over the weekend.

Joy-Anna Duggar posted a vlog about her big day out on her YouTube channel on Saturday, showing how most of the Duggar women had gathered for a family outing to celebrate Jana turning 33, which first involved a meal at a restaurant before a trip to the nail salon.

The expectant mama detailed how much fun 2-year-old Evelyn had during her first "big kid" birthday party, and shared a cute story about how excited Evie was about getting her nails done like everyone else.

It was shocking to see Jill take part in the afternoon celebration.

While it was adorable to catch a glimpse at Evie's pretty new manicure, we couldn't help but be a little caught off guard by the glimpse of Jill in the background as she sat next to Jana at the salon. Her cameo in the video is so short that if you blinked, you'd miss it.

Jill has openly criticized her family over the years and has been candid about how her decision to speak out about what went on behind-the-scenes of 19 Kids and Counting cost her the relationship she had with her parents and some of her siblings.

The Duggars haven't exactly been getting along lately.

With a family this size, there's bound to be some infighting, but thanks to Josh Duggar's legal troubles, there's been a whole lot more than normal lately.

Between snarky social media posts from cousin Amy Duggar, to an insider hinting that the whole family had become estranged, tensions have been running high.

A source told Radar Online that the 'whole family' was at odds.

Just before the holidays, an insider revealed that things had reached a boiling point within the family after Josh's conviction saw the family's allegiances split down the middle.

"The whole family is in chaos and fighting," the source claimed. "Most of the siblings can't bear to be in the same room together."

It looks like everything was business as usual for the ladies at the nail salon.

Despite the ongoing tensions within the family, it looks like the women were all able to put things aside to get together and celebrate. Hopefully this means that the dust is starting to settle as Josh's sentence begins to drag on and the family is figuring out how to get along (or not get along) in their new normal.

Maybe without the overwhelming media attention and pressures of the trial, the family can finally start to repair everything that has gone on between them over the years.
