Jinger & Joy-Anna Duggar Called Out for ‘Useless AMAs’ on Social Media

A Duggar AMA, or Ask me Anything, session is what most fans of the 19 Kids and Counting family, and those who follow them out of curiosity, want. But whenever Jinger and Joy-Anna Duggar post AMAs on social media, they tend to showcase pretty low-ball questions and easy answers. And now, users on Reddit called out the sisters for it.

We can only hear about what hair products they use, why they wear pants now, and if they homeschool their kids so many times. For some, enough is enough. They want the tea and the hard questions asked and answered. You know other users are sending in some pretty wild questions. It just so happens that Joy-Anna and Jinger tend to stick to the easy ones more often than not.

Jinger and Joy-Anna Duggar’s AMAs are often posted in their Stories.

For the most part, Jinger and Joy-Anna offer AMAs to their social media followers the most. The idea is that fans or followers will send in questions through DMs and they will then answer them through text on the screen in their Instagram Stories. And if they chose juicy questions, people might be a tad bit more receptive. But, it seems, they tend to choose easy questions.

Well, that, or they are making up their own easy questions and answering them under the guide that they came from users on Instagram. The Redditor who made the post about the AMAs wrote that Joy-Anna and Hunger share “needless” Q&As with people.

“Here are my thoughts on who asks these two dumbettes these questions since they’re the ones out of all of them who do it the most,” the user wrote in the post. “Either they ask each other the questions or Jinger and Joy use their respective husbands’ accounts to ask themselves. Because no one gives a s–t IRL!!

They could be picking and choosing specific questions to answer.

OK, so maybe they just send each other the questions to answer and that’s why they are so easy and low-ball. But either way, people are tired of hearing about the same things when it comes to these two. They have to know that on some level, right?

Someone commented that questions often include: “Do you homeschool? Are you Christians? What’s your favorite Christian music artist?” They added, “This family’s Q&A gets a zero in originality every time. They just answer the same ones over and over.”

“I get the feeling they ask themselves these questions, as the Duggars are slowly burning their bridges with other brands,” a user theorized.

Another added, “In Jinger’s case it’s always ‘when are you and Jeremy going to show the kids?’, ‘do you think you’ll change your mind about showing your children on social media?’ etc…just dull as their beige wallpaper questions.”

Some people think they use the Q&A sessions to promote products.

For both sisters, these Instagram Story AMAs sometimes read as ads. When she answers a question about certain cleaning products or her skincare routine with links to what she uses, what else are we to believe?

“Aren’t the questions usually just ‘omg girly where did you get that product’ [and[ ‘oh here’s my affiliate link’?” A user commented.

Someone else wrote that questions they often see for the women are, “Specifically, where did you get your dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, teeth whitener, bra, and health insurance..”

If either Jinger or Joy-Anna would answer a question about Josh Duggar, or their up ringing, or even their legitimate interests outside of being moms and wives, it might breathe new life into their AMAs. Because right now, those little Q&A sessions on social media are growing a bit stale.
