Joy took to YouTube to answer some fan questions.

She recently posted a video to the YouTube channel she shares with her family to answer the questions she gets most frequently. and unsurprisingly, one had to do with the Duggars' TLC reality show.

Counting On was canceled back in 2021 after Josh Duggar was arrested on charges involving child sexual assault material that he was later convicted of.

She opened up about how she felt about the show being canceled.

Although she said she doesn't miss the TV show itself, she did admit to missing the crew members they used to work with.

"I think it was best for our family for it to end, but I do miss the film crew that we had," she said in the video. "I was with some of those guys since I was like, 6, and so for me, seeing them on a weekly basis and then not seeing them was really weird."

In fact, if it was up to Joy, the show would have ended sooner.

"I think it would have been best if we probably would have stopped before then," she admitted.

This isn't surprising to hear. Before the show was canceled, fans had suspected that Joy and Austin were pulling away and seemed to be filming less and less for TLC.

She also shared why she decided to start wearing pants.

Like big sisters Jill and Jinger, Joy has recently decided to adjust her parents' strict dress code rules to fit her life as an adult on her own, and that has included wearing pants instead of exclusively jeans and skirts.

"The last year we really prayed about it and felt like there isn’t anything in scripture that’s black and white on dress and it talks a lot about modesty, but I feel like you can be modest and wear pants and so that’s kind of where we came to. I do try to be modest in wearing pants, like, not [wearing] things too tight or too short," she said.

Joy has a busy few months ahead.

Aside from parenting two toddlers, she's getting ready to welcome her third baby into her family. What an exciting time this must be for her, Austin, and their kids, Gideon and Evelyn.

We can't wait to meet her baby-to-be, even if the little one won't be making a reality TV debut.
